HR manager (Chinese company with KL HQ) to be based in Suzhou, China. Our client is an Heating, Ventilation and Aircond manufacturer with large scale operations in China at 4 locations. They are looking for a Malaysian HR manager in the late 30s who speaks and writes English and Mandarin fluently and who has got good operative HR experiences and HR Development exposure in a manufacturing environment.
He should possess a degree or diploma from University or College with about 10-15 years of relevant HR working experience. He will have responsibility for Greater China for the moment and will report to the Group CEO in China and a dotted line reporting to the International HR General Manager in KL.. Salary Package is negotiable.
HR manager with Malaysian regional Airconditioning company to be based in KL. He/She will have responsibility for the full spectrum of Hr operations and strategic planning for Malaysia and SEA. He or She should be highly competent in HR operations with a good understanding of HR international practices and would most likely to have worked for a international Company as HR manager. Competencies in recruitment, Comp & Benefits, HR Development will be essential to the job together with other aspects of HR operations. He/She will report to the HR General manager.The candidate is expected to possess between 10-15 years of working experience with a degree in a releavant field. An attractive package will be offered to the right candidate.
HR Manager with a MNC plywood company in Sabah. Our client is a Taiwanese MNC manufacturing downstream plywood products in Sabah and has two manufacturing plants producing such products for the overseas markets. They need someone who understands HR operations, HR re-structuring skills and the mindset of immigrant labour from Phillipines and Indonesia. the working environment is tough and demands overhauling of existing recruitment and IR policies. He has to be a skilled HR/IR administrator and strategist. The job pays up to RM 14 K per month with company vehicle , executive accomodation and meals provided. An interesting package is provided to the right candidate who can take up this challenge to work and live over in Sabah for a few years.
Factory Manager in Plywood Company, Sabah
Likewise, a seasoned Production cum Factory Manager with high quality standards training is required by the same client in Sabah. He or she must have worked in a timber or furniture type of environment that is tough and challenging and be able to set new QC standards for manufacturing. He must be a degree holder with at least 20-25 years of manufacturing experience who can manage a large factory with more than 1500 employees. Candidate must be able to speak Mandarin and Malay/English and be able to mingle well with the Production managers, supervisors and staff in general. Salary payable is in the region of about 25K pm with full perks as a top manager including meals, accomodation and company car.
Senior mechancis and Boilerman, Sabah
The same Plywood MNC is seeking the services of very experienced mechanics and boilerman to repair and maintain forklifts/mechanical equipment and Boilers in their factories in Sabah . They are seeking candidates who are highly skillful to handle the said tasks . The right candidates will be paid about RM 5500 per month with 5 return trips every year provided by the company. Company hostels and meals will be provided to the candidates.
Chief Financial Officer, Singaporean Investment Holding Company, based in Singapore. Our client is a leading Investment company in Singapore is seeking a CFO for their operations down south. The candidate is anticipated to be a seasoned Financial Controller with solid expertise in Financial management and investment. He or she is anticipated to be a CA (Eng & Wales or Australia), ACCA or MICPA with Corporate Finance experience and with broad knowledge of Property, Financial and manufacturing would be essential. He/She has to have adequate knowledge of MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore)'s and related authorities regarding statutory compliances and needs. An attractive package would be offered to the right candidate. It is anticipated that the candidate be aged between 38-45 years of age. Investment bankers with financial training would be considered also.

He/She has to work with a large group of top managers who are experts in their respective fields and is required to provide financial management leadership to the Group's FMs and Accountants as well. He has to possess good technical knowledge of setting and attaining Financial and strategic KPIs. He/She reports to the President/CEO of the Group. The right candidate should be in mid 40s with a CA, MICPA, ACCA with MBA (optional) with 15-20 years of relevant working experience. He/She should possess adequate knowledge of the Code of Takevoers, M & A, SC and BNM requirements for CF matters. A top class package shall be offered to the right person.
Head of Operations and Productivity, KL HO of large Group of companies. Our client seeks a dynamic Consultant who is able to lead in the role of Head of Operations and Productivity Dept in its HO. The candidate has to provide strategic consultancy in shaping and developing the Corporate culture, Quality standards, its march towards being an International player in its core business (GE style). He/She will also take a role in conducting studies to upgrade productivity in newfield companies acquired by the Company in the entire AP region including China. The right candidate should possess a min MBA in any discipline but from a top Business School in UK or USA with past working experiences in Boston, Mackensie, GE or PWC in consulting leadership roles.
